Our Story

A strong passion for all forms of fitness and exercise—most especially Pilates and Reformer training—has led to this exciting venture!

Qualified and experienced Pilates teachers with specialised training through the esteemed Stott method here to teach and go through an amazing fitness journey. Their keen eye for technique ensures that clients perform exercises safely and effectively. Creative class combinations and great playlists create an uplifting and energising atmosphere, leaving clients feeling rejuvenated in mind, body, and spirit!

Stacey is a passionate and qualified Level 3 Mat Pilates teacher, with specialized training in Reformer Pilates through the esteemed Stott Method.
