Our Classes

Our classes are intentionally small, with a maximum of five people, allowing us to create a truly personal and supportive experience for everyone. Each class is 50 minutes long, offers different benefits and has a different style; we always pair our classes with fun, trendy and uplifting music - we believe great music is key to a great workout.
